They say I am the one who never stops talking – and yet I cannot find the words to say how sad I am that Bev has left us. Best friends for seventy-five years; always there, just a visit or a phone call away – now he’s gone. Kind, thoughtful, sensitive, caring, generous, funny – yes, Bev was all those things but the words seem inadequate to describe such a good man and a wonderful friend.
